Every Monday, I always receive a text message from Kuya Gracezl informing and inviting me on their regular cell group named “Live Breed Monday (LBM).” It was year 2012 when I was added on their facebook group and invited by Kuya Pogs, my fellow district officer in NWD Umyf. I had a lot of attempts joining in this cell group. As part of my christian growth, I always pray to God na sana may masalihan akong cell group. I do believe that being part of a cell group is as important as eating your everyday meals. A cell group was created to help us grow deeper not only in faith but also in different aspects of life. It is like a world of friendship, accountability, learning, growth and faith.
I heard a lot of good feedbacks about LBM which makes it more interesting. I see how God used and continue using every person in that group. I know that it was the answer to my prayer but bakit nga ba hindi ako ni minsan naka-attend dito? Tracking the path of reasons I had before were too many to mention.
But God is good! He always make way to fulfill His plans for me. Today, I am working as a Sales and Marketing Associate in manufacturing company located around Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. And surprisingly, LBM is regularly held at Mcdo, Quezon Avenue. Isn’t it amazing? Talagang inilapit ako ni Lord para naman wala na akong excuse. Thank you Lord!
So yesterday I attended the cell group. It was a great feeling though!
The bible text for that night was James 4:1-12 and led by Kuya Ace the outgoing president of QCPACE-Umyf (Quezon City Philippine Annual Conference of the East-United Methodist Youth Fellowship in the Philippines). We were 11 in all. It was a productive and fruitful day.
God is really good for helping us take the right path to Him.
So, I am inviting you to be part of this ministry that will make you and I closer to God and to His perfect will.
